Full-time Enrollment

BlendED Learning Studio - Below 18

BlendED Learning Studio provides forward-thinking educational opportunities through a balance of personalized online delivery methods coupled with a challenging project-based environment. BlendED Learning Studio provides instruction via a combination of online learning and face-to-face instruction, which prepares students to transition into a rigorous college environment. Students in the BlendED program earn APS credits towards their high school diploma.

Tuesday and Thursday Sessions, 9:30 am – 2:30 pm

During BlendED Learning Studio, students meet with their teachers to discuss their online classes and progress, as well as to collaborate with each other in small groups on their real world, student-driven projects. The BlendED teachers support students’ project-based learning by offering lessons which relate project objectives to their online courses.

Monday and Wednesday Sessions, 9:30 am – 2:30 pm

Students may also attend Edgenuity Studio. Edgenuity Studio is an optional open-lab session in which students may work on their online classes with the support of their BlendED teachers. Often, the BlendED teachers teach most (if not all) of the online classes.

AdultED - 18 and Above

eCADEMY provides a distance education program called AdultED via Edgenuity. AdultED students work on their classes online, and are not required to regularly attend campus. Students in the AdultED program earn APS credits towards their high school diploma.

Part-time Enrollment

Distance Learning

eCADEMY offers all core courses and some electives for credit renewal and accelerated learning for students enrolled part-time. Part-time students are those who concurrently attend eCADEMY and another school. The other school that they attend is considered their home school.

Integration Site Labs

eCADEMY has partnered with thirteen APS high schools to create Integration Sites. Integration Sites are labs embedded within each high school, staffed with highly qualified, online-certified eCADEMY teachers to help part-time students to succeed to help part-time students succeed. The Integration Sites operate during each high school’s 5th, 6th, and 7th periods, as well as during lunch and after school. Some students are required to attend these labs based on the student’s level of need and the capacity of the lab.

The Integration Site teachers operate in a tight web of communication with the students, the students’ home school, as well as with each other to ensure that all students receive the most support possible. Real-time video conferencing is available for all part-time students so that students may connect with their teachers and receive the help that they need. Additionally, teachers meet regularly with each student to discuss their course progress and to address any concerns that the students may have. The support provided at the Integration Sites has already noticeably increased student engagement, communication, and learning.
